  • Procedure CANDIDATES PROPOSED for CV Tender

    Your search for suitable candidates based on the job description and basic qualifications can begin. In an interview with the candidates, it should be clarified whether there is interest in the position and an interview with the company. You have four weeks to search for and present your candidates. Only four profiles are accepted in total.

  • Your REVENUE 

    Receive up to 1% of the annual salary for each accepted candidate. In the first step, each candidate is only visible to the company anonymously with some key data. Only when the company removes the anonymity of your candidate is he or she considered "accepted" and you receive the specified commission.

    And this is completely independent of whether the candidate is invited to the interview or is hired. Either way, your commission is guaranteed.
