How does the CV-Tender work?

You enter the job description and salary. Then the tender is checked by one of our project managers and initially activated anonymously in our closed tender scout network.

We select multiple professional tender scouts that start searching for and approaching suitable candidates. The candidates are matched based on their work experience and their current salary and have expressed their interest in the company and the position.

You can check the pre-qualified candidates in the JobTender24 system, either alone or with a team of colleagues. For this you can also use the built-in CRM system, but feedback to the tender scouts is not necessary as process is controlled by our project managers. This will save you a lot of time and work.
